Blended Experience

We are constantly bombarded with information, new apps and the pressure of providing learning experiences for our students using the technology given to us.  Today with our Digital Learning Team we participated in a blended learning experience that was very refreshing.  We learned new apps moved from station to station and even had a station that we got to NOT use technology.

Technology is great and enhances our lives and education in so many ways but don't get stuck in a rut and don't let your students get stuck either.  Take time to move your students from lesson to station and give them the freedom to open their minds and put the technology down.  Let them breathe and give them the opportunity to create!  I still like building with Legos, Legos takes no technology and allows a new lost dimension of creativity.
